At Pakghor by Britto Arts Trust, people cook and eat together. The Social Kitchen becomes a meeting place and a forum for exchange in public space.
Different groups and organizations were invited to share their recipes and stories. Today, the Social Kitchen is organized by Parvez's Slow Food.
Parvez is an Indian artist, filmmaker and writer based in Basel, for whom cooking is part of his artistic practice.
