At Pakghor by Britto Arts Trust, people cook and eat together. The Social Kitchen becomes a meeting place and a forum for exchange in public space.
Different groups and organizations were invited to share their recipes and stories. Today, the Social Kitchen is organized by Verein Mosaik.
Verein Mosaik invites achoo collective to call and cook with someone from afar. We will call Hsuan Lee, a friend of achoo across time and distance, who will guide us through the process of making a cold noodle dish from her own kitchen memories. Alongside the noodles, achoo will bring simple seasonal side dishes and a summer drink.

About Mosaik
MOSAIK is the association and team organizing the Intercultural Program Weeks of the City of Zurich (2026–2029).
Our team is diverse and connected through a shared background in transdisciplinary art and cultural practice. We collaborate with partners from art, culture, education, and civil society across Zurich.
Our aim is to make cultural diversity visible and create new forms of participation in public space.
We see Zurich as a living mosaic of stories, languages, and experiences, a city that continues to evolve through encounter.
