At Pakghor by Britto Arts Trust, people cook and eat together. The Social Kitchen becomes a meeting place and a forum for exchange in public space.

Different groups and organizations were invited to share their recipes and stories. Today, the Social Kitchen is organized by by Dave Wälti and Cuisine sans frontières.

‍

For nearly two decades, Dave Wälti has been cooking in high-end restaurants, was named the best young Swiss chef in the 2016 marmite youngster selection, and is a culinary entrepreneur and event organizer of numerous pop-ups and culinary events. The young Bernese native with Bolivian roots takes the best from both worlds, using South American joie de vivre, spirited spices, and regional products to conjure up incomparable creations.
